Who We Are
Mission
Our mission is to celebrate and promote Caribbean arts and culture through vibrant events, educational programs, and community initiatives. We aim to build a strong sense of belonging and pride within the Caribbean diaspora, enhance cultural awareness among the broader public, and support economic development by empowering local businesses, entrepreneurs and artists.
Vision
To cultivate a community where Caribbean arts and culture is celebrated and embraced, fostering greater understanding that actively dismantles prejudices and promotes inclusivity.

i-LAND FEST
Our 2024 i-Land Fest was a resounding success, marking a historic moment in Victoria’s cultural landscape. As the first Caribbean Carnival in the capital of BC, we brought the infectious energy of the islands straight to the heart of the city.
The festival featured an unforgettable parade, vibrant costumes, and the pulsating sounds of soca and calypso, with the incredible Shurwayne Winchester headlining the festivities.
