That’s exactly what DWTN Winter Lime is about — an all-ages outdoor celebration where families\, friends\, and the wider community come together to connect\, move\, eat\, and experience Caribbean culture in the heart of downtown Victoria. \nEven in February\, we create warmth through culture\, music\, and community. \nWhat to Expect \n➤ A Historic All-Caribbean Food Lineup \nFor the first time in Victoria’s history\, an entire major public event food lineup will feature exclusively Caribbean cuisine.
